This is no more than the state in which you feel good about yourself, I know it is very easy to say but we do not always know how to be happy with ourselves.

I happen very often that sometimes I'm so happy and agree with myself and other times I feel that nothing is right with me, it's like a love-hate species… And it's more common than we think!!!.

Self-esteem influences much the way we feel and how we relate to others, is basically what we project, feel good or happy is a challenge, but there is a way to work on that.

Why when we talk about love, it does not always have to do with satisfying the emotions or needs of other people, not knowing our own emotions and being aware of what we want will make us so happy that we are able to transmit that feeling. It is only to act according to our needs and not to our desires!

Stay away from toxic people (we all know who those people are).

Set your own limits (not everything you can say yes).

Forgive yourself and accept (sometimes our actions don't make everybody happy).

Love Yourself (one cannot love another, more, than we love ourselves).

Self-esteem is important to live well, to be happy with our environment, to value and love others.
