We accept returns within the first 15 days after you placed your order. You can opt for an online credit of the same value in money that you are returning. If you want a garment with a higher value, you only have to pay the balance. Any garment that you buy in final price, discount or reduction has no change or refund. Returns must be made unwashed, worn and in the same condition it was delivered. Damage to a garment must be reported the same day the package arrives. Original shipping is non-refundable. The availability of a garment for reimbursement is not guaranteed. Return credit is processed within the first 15 days after the return is received. An email will be sent to you with this process. The colors, size, texture of the pieces may vary due to photographic resolutions and lighting. In this case you do not qualify for a refund.
What to do in case of a return?
Send us an e-mail notifying the reason for the return and make the shipment within the first 15 days after receiving your order. If you do it after 15 days, 30% of your credit will be discounted. Include the return tracking number.
Include the receipt of your purchase or forward it via email.
The packaging must be in good condition and keep the garment intact to avoid damage upon return.

We recommend keeping your purchase receipt and proof of shipment until the return process is complete.
Pia Lú is not responsible for lost, damaged or missing packages during shipping. If the package was rejected or some undeliverable address. In case you want a second shipment, you will be responsible for a new shipping fee. If you decide not to resend the package, we can assign a credit by deducting the cost of shipping and transportation. If you made several purchases at different times, you can gather all the items to be returned in a single shipment including receipts and purchase number.
Shipping and transportation costs are not refundable.
Your package was lost or stolen:
We ship through USPS which provides secure methods and tracking number. If your package was not delivered and was lost in transit, we will do our best to help you. We are not responsible once the transport company issues the receipt that has been delivered. Once the carrier has the package, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or spoiled items.
