Any user who registers with us (each, a “Registered User”) and wishes to purchase a product or service through our Platform is agreeing to the terms of this Agreement and any other posted terms and conditions that relate to such product or services.
1. Description and Use of Our Websites
We provide Visitors and Registered Users with access to the Platform as described below.
Visitors. Visitors, as the term implies, are people who do not register with us, but want to explore the Platform. No login is required for Visitors. Visitors can: (i) view all publicly-available content on the Platform; and (ii) e-mail us.
Registered Users. Registered Users can do all the things that Visitors can do, and: (i) purchase products and services through the Platform; (ii) access exclusive content available only to Registered Users; (iii) create, access, manage, and update their own personal accounts on the Platform; (iv) post comments and other content on the Platform (collectively, “Registered User Content”); (v) sign up for our various programs; (vi) sign up for alerts and other notifications; and (vii) become part of Pia Lú community .
HOW WE KEEP YOUR DATA SAFE AND SECURE
We have appropriate organisational safeguards and security measures in place to protect your data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed.
The communication between your browser and our website uses a secure encrypted connection wherever your personal data is involved.
We require any third party who is contracted to process your personal data on our behalf to have security measures in place to protect your data and to treat such data in accordance with the law.

THE PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
Personal data means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include anonymised data, where the identity and identifying information has been removed.

Technical Data includes information such as: details of the device(s) you use to access our services, your internet protocol (IP) address, login data, your username and password, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform.
Profile Data includes information such as: purchases or orders made by you, product and style interests, preferences, feedback, and survey responses.
We also collect, use and share Aggregated Data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated Data may be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data as this data does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature. However, if we combine or connect Aggregated Data with your personal data so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as personal data which will be used in accordance with this privacy notice.

Sign-In Name; Password; And other platform:
If you are a Registered User and do not log into the Platform using a third-party login provider (e.g., Facebook), you will be prompted to create an account, which includes a sign-in name (“Sign-In Name”), a password (“Password”), and perhaps certain additional information that will assist in authenticating your identity when you log-in in the future (“Unique Identifiers”). When creating your account, you must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information. Each Sign-In Name and corresponding Password can be used by only one Registered User. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and use of your Sign-In Name, Password, and Unique Identifiers, as well as for any use, misuse, or communications entered or payments made through the Platform using one or more of them. You will promptly inform us of any need to deactivate a Password or Sign-In Name, or change any Unique Identifier. We reserve the right to delete or change your Password, Sign-In Name, or Unique Identifier at any time and for any reason and shall have no liability to you for any loss or damage caused by such action. Pia Lú will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by any unauthorized use of your account.
You have several rights under the data privacy legislation. This includes, under certain circumstances, the right to:

• request restriction of processing of your personal data
• request the transfer of your personal data
